I had a great stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in the area. The attention to detail was impressive, with everything I requested being available. The hotel's location, close to supermarkets and right next to a famous hospital, was convenient for my needs. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, and I appreciated the basic amenities in the room, including the kitchenette. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.

This hotel was a pleasant place to stay.

The staff was fantastic! They gave us great tips to explore the city and were always willing to help. Plus, we got two complimentary bottles of water every day! the terrace was incredible, ideal for having breakfast or just relaxing with a hot cup of tea. And the location was spot-on! We were just a short ride away from the coolest spots in the city.

The Wi-Fi signal was pretty weak, and we had to go to the lobby or the terrace to get decent internet. the TV could be better, the channels were limited, and it was challenging to find something to watch.

This hotel is located in a prime residential area close to supermarkets and restaurants on Almadina street. Guests can easily access anything they need and the location is highly convenient. the hotel rooms are clean and well-equipped with everything you might need, and the staff is very accommodating. the bellman, Ibrahim, and receptionists, Atheer and Abdulaqadar, are particularly helpful and friendly. the hotel is a great value for the price.

Some aspects of the hotel require maintenance and improvement.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable! I loved that it was close to Al Madina Almanwara street where I could find plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel facilities were sparkling clean, and the staff was very friendly. I also appreciated the free parking that made it convenient for me to travel around this city.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city, close to a variety of restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen and a reliable internet connection. We loved the on-site gym and pool, which allowed us to stay active and cool off on hot summer days.

Although the hotel had many great amenities, the noise level was a bit much at times, especially during peak hours. We also felt that the cleaning service should have been more thorough, as we noticed some dust and debris in our room upon arrival.
